Over the past number of years, I have had the privilege of working alongside talented individuals at a major company such as Atradius Crédito y Caucion, in global virtual environment. Living a digitalization revolution, I highly contribute to develop a new vision of this business, making our customer lives better. CyC affords me the opportunity to work taking control and defining the strategy of a large network of exclusive agents formed by more than 500 professionals distributed throughout Spain, Portugal and Brazil.
In charge of this extensive commercial network, I also have the privilege of being responsible for the online services offered to our customers and the innovation. Here we have reached the goal of digitalizing to the maximum our relationship with customers, with more than 16.000 connected companies using our services every day, getting 99% of our customers to use our digital services, systems through which 10% of Spanish GDP passes.
With a commercial and technological profile I try to change the game by develop new ideas and deliver services faster than others, at the right time. Using energy primarily on our customers instead of on our competitors.
My areas of expertise includes: Control, develop and bring to the future the tools and products with which our clients relate to us. A Task that mainly requires a daily innovation effort that fortunately is one of my main characteristics.
